TRACK OF THE WEEK: "The Autumn Leaves On 14th Street" By Knight's Ferry

You want jangle-pop mixed with dream-pop you say? Well then I've got a new one for you. Featuring members of bands Tony Jay, Big Top, V.V.M. and others, this is Knight's Ferry. And this is the first shimmering track from their upcoming EP.

Sounding a tiny bit like early Wire Train with a dash of The Three O'Clock, this Knight's Ferry single is a delight. It's got the a vibe like classic West Coast indie acts of the last decade (Tony Jay was a Slumberland Records group after all), but it's also got a nice sense of depth which made me think of the first few sides from Let's Active here on the East Coast. I can't wait to hear more.

"The Autumn Leaves on 14th Street by Knight's Ferry is out now. The EP, House Demos, will be out in early February. Details below.
