"The Old Law" is a song that was previously called "God's Trash" when performed on tour. Recast as "The Old Law", the number sounds more like Grant Lee Buffalo than almost anything Father John Misty has released to date, and that's saying something. It's a blast, and should please fans.
Father John Misty is still on tour, supporting 2024's Mahashmashana, and his Greatish Hits: I Followed My Dreams and My Dreams Said to Crawl compilation from the same year.
