With their tenth studio album on the way next month, Suede are back with a rip-roaring new single. And if you watch the video, you can almost imagine it's 1996 again. "Dancing with the Europeans" is a heck of a throwback number.
While Antidepressants won't be out until September 5, this new cut is one to get you ready for the band's new record. Suede seem to not have aged much in this video, with the riffs recalling those on parts of the group's seminal 1996 album, Coming Up. There's swagger in this one, and for that reason alone, "Dancing with the Europeans" is our Video of the Week. Add to that that the clip captures a little of the fun and intensity of Suede in concert and we've got more than enough reason to feature this here this week.
