This is really right up my alley. "X My Heart" is the latest single from Singapore-based Blush. The group's busy prepping a new album, out on Kanine Records soon, and this cut should get you excited for that!
A rush of guitars, breathy vocals, and a hook to die for make this one a real gem. There's a lot here that reminds a listener of the first two EP's from Lush, or even the first EP from Ride. It's got real throwback shoegaze-y appeal, but with a modern approach to how to center the big melody in the midst of the noise. I absolutely love this.
