Paul Kelly has worked with a bunch of this site's faves: BMX Bandits, Carla J. Easton, The Just Joans, and so on. He's got an impressive way with a pop hook, and he plays everything on his new single as The Martial Arts.
"Seeing Double" has a vibe like The Supernaturals mixed with a hint of early Sparks. There's even a whiff of classic Super Furry Animals about it too. It's bright, catchy, and the perfect track for a late spring day. I'm hoping that "Seeing Double" is the first sign of more music coming from Paul Kelly soon, but dig this one for now.
